I have been trying a jar of Cashew Butter which isn’t bad, but I ran out of jam.
With jam it tastes nice, and Peanut Butter tastes nice with jam or honey, so I thought I would try Cashew Butter and honey.
The honey makes the bread a bit crispy but overall it does not taste as nice as Peanut Butter.
For some reason the honey looks much lighter than it actually is and there’s a fair bit on there.
I wanted to do it yesterday but I will invariably do it tomorrow (ish).
Put some sliced banana in a sandwich with some peanut butter and then toast it, trust me!
Some people even add chocolate spread but I like it just the way Elvis (allegedly) invented it.
If you don't have a sandwich toaster or a George Foreman type grill then you can dry fry it in a pan.
Mmmm! Think I might have to go make 1 for myself now. D'oh!
