Characters stuck

I’ve been unable to play for 4-5 days. I go into the game and tap on the KEM where my characters were sent but it doesn’t clear the character. It clears the KEM so I can’t retap. So each time i go back out and in, the same thing. Any suggestions?

Just store the KEM. It should free the characters.
Then you can put the KEM back in place.
