Springfield Glenne adds to the cinema and condo building for a nice little town but that, like the other items, might mean you choosing your own adventure regarding location. At least it fits in!

I've had to take a break for awhile. It's so time consuming. It's been a few months that I haven't worked on it. I still have a plan to complete it to the closest possible layout (including SF Heights). But it probably will be a while.
Toy Town is in between the Duff Brewery and Fireworks Testing Range. While its not on the map, the Movementarian Compound is near Cletus's Farm/House since there was a scene in "The Joy of Sect" episode where The Leader escapes on his "Spaceship" with everyone's money from the compound and then crashes the spaceship on Cletus's front porch outside the compound.
The new mini event has two buildings which may or may not be on the map.
The wiki lists 'Screaming Monkey Research Center' which I couldn't find on the map, but there is a Springfield Primate Institute close to the escalator to nowhere/popsicle tower so I am going to put it there.
Serenity Ranch is a maximum security fat camp - apparently, I don't remember this episode - about an hour away from Springfield, so it's probably not on the map but would fit in up by Kamp Krusty/Rancho Relaxo on the outer limits of your town.
Happy to be corrected if it is indeed there and i've missed it.
