Things to do after level 20

I'm thinking the same thing. I'm at level 20 but I never get prompted for the Jakes Hair Palace quest so I'm kinda stuck. Without that, I can't get any of the other buildings, unless I throw real money away at a game that EA has abandoned. I'm sure that if I start a new town, I'll be leveled all the way up again before they decide to remember about us.

My reward for reaching level 20 was the utter elimination of my city all together! Now, all I get are these ghost cities, or the game flat out crashes. Yeah, it started last night. I haven't been able to get back to my real city yet! Until this, I had avoided many of the scenarios I've been reading about with other unfortunate users, though it would take up to 5 times to get into my city at least once a day!

How do I get my money back!
