“Heckle Fat People” won’t work

I received Jessica Lovejoy awhile back. I finished her quest line soon after where she had to “Heckle Fat People” for her final quest part (part 6). I recently just bought the All Night Gym and now she cannot “Heckle Fat People” as it says it requires a quest. What do I do to fix this?

Possibly the quest task may be able to be done at the school, if the gym is not owned.

Make Jessica Heckle Fat People- 4hrs, Make Bart Heckle Fat People- 4hrs.
I sent Jessica on the task in my town, she went to the all-night gym.

Then I stored the building and tried to start the task again, it prompted me to place the all-night gym from storage:

This suggests she can only do the task at that location.
The only idea I have (which is unlikely to work, as I think it is probably a coding error) would be to store the gym and Jessica, go to friends screen to synchronise, then go back to your town and place the gym and then Jessica in that order.
You could try contacting EA, but they would probably have to refer the issue to the Studio team who are responsible for coding the game.

Ok. Thank you! I will try to do what you said. I also read up on this problem and could not find anything that works. It is not a huge deal if she cannot go on the 4 hour quest. I will just have to send her on longer ones. Thank you for helping anyways.
