It's one of those situations where you are better off if you just wait. A lot of users are having log in trouble. When Ea/Origin catches up you should be able to log in normally. If you get frustrated and try other options, you may regret it. Be patient, and try again later. I know it is a crud solution, but it will save you trouble in the long run. Good luck

For some people it has been resetting their account and town, you know this, you've been here

My apologies Epic, I didn't mean to get your fuzzy britches in a twist. But when it is an EA server issue it's better to just sit tight and wait. I lost a budding Springfield by reinstalling befor I found this forum. So I have issues *sniffle*.

Yeah, that's how I lost my first town. I have so much invested now, I play it safe and just wait. But I have been exceptionally lucky and never got the harpies or a lockout.

I play on four different devices and I see that note quite often
Just press play, you not gonne Lose anything
The reason for it is before you left the game before save it- by pressing friends icon, that's it
So technically if you move something and left game, then come back and have that info
ITems should be in "old" place but nop they're in "new" place already
I check it from every possible way
I know what cause it but it mean nothing

Edit. There's no way.to pass it without choosing one or the other

Press play and continue.

If you do lose your town, open an issue. My town was lost in late November of 2012. It was returned to me in late December of 2012, with 200 donuts for missing out on the month. It did suck to be without it for a while, but the chance of this happening is extremely low.
