New update crashing after 30 sec or 1 min

Anyone else having this issue? I can only play for 1 minute and then it crashes back to the splash screen.

I'm not even getting the bart screen, and I don't get even a few seconds to do anything (meaning I can't even send in a ticket).

I was so excited to have a new update. Now, I'm just mad I can't even play the game. (And the same for the two other players I know.)

Yep, kindle fire. Since the update yesterday mine has started doing this but it closes the game completely.

Yeap. same here too. Germany on Android. tried several android versions on smart phones and tablets. Few seconds and boom, out of game :-(

Me too in UK on android. Sort it out EA this happens a lot when you update. Maybe some free donuts for all us frustrated players?

I have been sulking all day. Screen now stuck on scratch card so can't even tap a building. Glad, however, that it isn't just me.

I'm having the same problem. As soon as game opens and I tap anything in game, it freezes and closes. I'm really pis##ed off because I have three daily challenges and the payoff are doughnuts. Arrrgh!!!!!!!!!!

Same happening to me dammit.. on android.. after maaaaaybe 10 seconds.. i wander what's the cause, because my girlfriend has also android and on her cellphone it works just fine..

I am just happy i'm a freemium player otherwise i would be reeeeeally pissed out! I already am a bit cuz i can't look for Maggie.
