By chance do you have a thread where you have displayed all your work?
And as you create new pieces add them to the thread? Kind of like MelDesigner 3D collection.
If so I would love to bookmark that thread as I have a small "Art" section in my bookmarks.
If you don't have a thread like that, I hope you make one.

I don't have a dedicated thread but that isn't a bad idea at all. Keep your eyes peeled you may see it soon. In the past I have kept an updated panoramic so ppl could always just check that. Unfortunately my lap top died and I can't create a new one on my iPad or phone so it's very much outdated now .

Very exciting, can't wait to see it! Your work really deserves to be in a post/collection all in one place to properly document your wonderful TSTO art form.
Updating a post like that with screenshots would be a lot easier than doing a full pano each time. Though panoramics sprinkled in here and there would be cool too if you already have them or the time and means to do them. I actually enjoy seeing the pieces close up because it allows me to see which items you use, which is fascinating to me in itself.
As a side note, i believe there was a forum member asking if someone could make her a turtle. I would have to say with certainty, you would be able to make a great turtle. Perhaps you already responded to her post. I will have to find it to see if you did, or if not I will send you the link as perhaps that is a project you would be willing to take on.
Anywho... Super fantastic creations. I, as i am sure others too, really enjoyed seeing them. Thank you for sharing.
Edit: Found the turtle challenge thread, didn't see you on the thread. Below is the link should it be something you are interested in doing. There is a cute turtle in her sig and if I had your talent, that is the turtle I would try to do. http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/9609868.page#29385359
I would gladly make anything for anybody. Problem is I have reached critical mass with my town. It's decorated end to end. For the longest time I had a large lake I would just temporarily fill in to make stuff for ppl or just try new things myself. The last few updates I ran out of room and my lake is now gone. I really don't have any room left to try new stuff. I would have to remove something very large first.
Thus my second problem. After all this time I'm basically satisfied with my completed town and have no desire to make any large scale changes. It's bitter sweet. It's like I have been painting a picture for a year and now it's finally done.
What I really need to do is start a second town just to play around with. It's just going to suck getting to the point where I can afford to create whatever I want in it. My first large scale piece I made took me days to create. Not for lack of motivation but rather for lack of funds. 800 plus washing machines added up quickly
Also the time all this stuff takes. It's slow going and as much as I would love to dedicate more time to it I am constantly interrupted by things like work and the family. Even my dog glares at me when I play for too long

I completely understand, all of it.
As well, my dog gives me the classic, sad puppy eyes.
Such a guilt trip.
Yes, a second town is what I was going to recommend. I started one a long time ago and use it for testing things out sometimes and playing around with stuff. New towns do take time and money, so just farm it up to expedite it.
Good luck! And I look forward to seeing more in the future.
A lot of REALLY great ideas for repurposing here, thanks everyone for sharing them! As you know menace, I tend to get lost in your SF, there are so many really lovely places to visit and you have amazing horticultural displays everywhere, and I love your uses for debris. Miss having you as a neighbour Pharrah, and you shared one of my most favourite spots in your SF, El Chemistri as a beach house.
Here are a couple of my repurposing ideas...
Snake Logs, cones and barriers to create an obstacle course...

Gas pumps repurposed into walls for the Duff Brewery...

I'll be bookmarking this thread too, great idea Pharrah!
Thanks Pix, I still say the gas pump wall is my all time fav decoration in your SF. Pure genius!
~blush~ Thanks... Huge compliment coming from someone as talented as you
~respectfully snipped~ @pixaa- I am so glad you posted the brewery! That repurposing of the gas pumps was one of those things that stopped me in my tracks when I first saw it. I could not help to admire the creativity and uniqueness of it.
As for neighbor thing.. So sorry bout that, don't take it personal. I deleted all my neighbors several weeks ago as I was trying to handle performance issues with the game. I quite literally started to think I was going to have to pretty much stop playing due to the issues. But last Thursday I basically commandeered my hubby's iPad because I was overjoyed to find his device could handle the item amount of my town! I have since been able to tear down the side farm, and pull out most all my storage items and finish my town. Feel free to send me an invite now that I am back on track! Yay!! I too have always had much admiration for your ideas and the amount of care you put into your town.
Thanks pharrah! I'm happy to hear you kept your waterfall park area too. The decor and 3d effects around it are very nicely done and make the area really stand out.
Just so you know, I never took it personally that you reduced your friends list, I was just happy to know you were sticking around! I'd love to have you back as a neighbour and will send a request ASAP!
I put trees in front of doors and garages to make it look like houses can face north.
Bravewall, I really like this idea and tried it with an empty space I didn't know what to do with... I don't need another park lol. I hope you don't mind my borrowing it? If so, I'll remove it.
Here I re-purposed some Squidport fence as a lattice, or privacy setting for the folks dining at Asia. I wish I could have put flowers at the top of the lattice on the far side of the outdoor dining area.
I got this idea from CounterSniper to have a set of rental vacation homes on the beach with private play area. You can also see the newspaper dispenser for the gate code.
Some of my pics may have been disabled within this thread due to a lack of bandwidth provided by the PB site. My apologies for any current pictures missing in threads. Please note that it is temporary and this weekend I will be working on a project to move, secure and restore images on an more reliable source. This includes going through all my posts to replace all broken pic links. Because it is a time consuming project, I have to wait to do it tonight or tomorrow. Again my apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Similar to Pharrah, I used three white houses as one big house.
Instead of using roads and having more characters wander around, I used concrete as the road for this high-end housing area.

And btw... Good job! Pic one and three give me some good food for thought.
Tank you for the repost pharrah. After seeing so many cool ideas from everyone, I feel my town is plain. But that's alright it gives me more to do and work on. Decorating and making little changes is the best part for me.

It doesn't look plain to me! Real stylish Less is more!

Here's what I did with it.
Nah man, by all means. I'm hardly the first person to do it, myself. Good job. It looks like I should try the trees you're using. They cover more.
Thanks Bravewall! I think the trees are nearly the same except one tree is a single space away and the other has been rotated to cover more... The loungers help to cover most of the rest.

I'm pretty sure the bright green tree in front of your house is a bit taller than the dark green one in front of mine. The trunks are different sizes.

Also note the good Reverend fist pumping to Otto's solo, caught by pure luck... I never realized how metal the look on Lovejoy's face is til now lol.
