Cannot connect to the server!

    [wmv]I haven't been able to connect on iPad or iPhone for over 12 hours. Had a live chat with EA expecting them to help but no they pass it across to the mobile team. It will take then 5 to 7 working days to get back to me. What a waste of time. My daughter gets onto her account fine.

    i am in the same boat mine was working fine yesterday and this morning no bueno cant connect to server

    Sometimes your game session associated with your device ID becomes corrupted. I'm not saying this is your issue, it's just a possibility. So, try accessing your town from another mobile device. If you get in, then logout of that device and then try accessing your town from the original device that's currently having the problem. By logging into your town from another device you reset the session between the game servers and your device that has the issue.

    I'm having the same problem. I tried this, but it didn't work. Any other thoughts?

    If you can't connect to server from multiple devices then try downloading the Origin program and make sure you don't have too many friend requests pending, it causes connection issues with the game if you do. If deleting out all your friend requests doesn't solve it, then it might be time to contact EA customer support about it.

    I have been having the same problem still cant fix it. when i search for origin under google play i dont get anything. is there anything else i can look for? mine has been for about a week. I tried logging into another device and same thing, it doesnt work. plus ea is impossible to contact. they need to fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    It's been almost 24 hours, and I've tried every suggestion I've gotten. Still can't get in on my iPhone, but I can get in on my Android tablet.

    For anyone else having issues, click this link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and try to chat with a representative. The more people that do it, the more they'll see that this is a problem impacting a number of people.

    Same problem here on an iPhone 5. Sent a message to their support center. I guess we'll see... in 2-14 days.

    Me too. On both Android devices even tried reinstall nothing works.

    Its been more than 24 hours without being able to log in... This sucks.

    same here, can't log in since yesterday afternoon. friend says he can't go to my city either. re-installing the game didn't help. changing the phone's language didn't help either (sometimes it does help tho...). Using a galaxy s3 with android 4.2.2

    Lvl31 with the new building, might that be the problem? friend says im the only one with that building amongst his friends and im the only one he can't access. Im on part 3 or 4 in the wolfcastle questline..

    get you're act together pls, it's not funny anymore to not be able to enter my springfield.. even more so, after loosing my city 2 times (didn't even get donuts in return...), hope it's not the case this time.

    Same here, lv 31-account does not connect, there is bart with the connection error most of the time, and sometimes i get the message, that the account ist logged in, but after tapping on the screen bart is back with the connection error....

    Level 31 here and cant login since sunday morning!!! Are they kidding? I was able to connect 10mn yesterday night but same bart screen of death today grrrrrrr!!!

    2 days now and i cannot connect to the server.
    lvl 31 aswell here.
    I logged out of Origin just to see what happened and got the very first start up cinematic .... so hope this hasnt wiped my game completely....
    I logged back into Origin and got the "cannot connect" again....

    It haven't work for me the whole day. Using Android, it works for my brother but not me.

    BTW... The anonymous Game Works... The Not Working connection as a registered user sucks now even more!

    I've been unable to connect on my iPhone since Saturday night, both on Wi-Fi and on 3G. I was, however, able to connect on my Android tablet...that is, up until this morning. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No luck.

    I chatted with EA Support. They said they were escalating my issue to the mobile department, and I should hear back "in a few days." The guy I chatted with said they aren't aware of any iOS server issues, but now I'm locked out on Android, too, so...I don't know.

    I strongly suggest everybody who is having trouble contact EA so they know this is impacting many people.

    It's not wrong at my place. The game is not working for me but for my brother on the same device. Have testing two Android devices, same error. It's beeing the whole day.

    I have also not been able to connect since Sunday Morning, but my husband can connect his account. I guess I will be calling EA.
