I sent in a problem to support and got a reply within 12 hrs. Though it was a generic message it's still a good start. They asked for some basic info so I'm hopin they get back to me soon. Lets keep our fingers crossed so I can come back ASAP to report a solution

Edit... It Works, but there are two Houses less than Sunday ...
So, the general support couldn't fix my problem. He/she sent my file to a higher ranking support person, according to the email sent. My problem is fixed, I can log in, but idk what the person did. Sorry I can't give anyone any technical advice besides mailing support
