I got the Bart screen a few times earlier, but not anymore. I got in and did a little redesign.

I've been getting the Bart screen every 1 to 3 minutes tonight, making it impossible to visit neighbours... Maybe EA is doing something that's bogging down the servers. ~wiggles eyebrows~ like getting ready to give us "stuff" or fixing things.

'Cannot Connect to Server' for the past hour..... kinda makes me want to strangle Bart right now, with his mischievous face staring back at me....

I still cannot too. It has been hours since I was able to. I came to the conclusion that their servers went down and no. one is at the office to reset them. I am guessing someone will in the morning I, about 3 hours. Or so.
