Gemini Man (2019). A straight forward small action film that I feel is not worth spending in the cinema. The visual effects of de ageing is a mix bag for me. At times it was very obviously fake and comical. The young Will Smith reminded me of the whining son in After Earth. Overall an above average watch

The Good Liar (2019). Starring Helen Mirren and Ian Mckellan this is a surprising thriller as McKellan plays a professional con artist who meets a wealthy widow online there is twists and turns in this film even though it's very predictable it's an enjoyable thriller film.

The Babadook (2014) It's about a pop-up storybook called Mister Babadook. It describes the monster, the Babadook, a tall pale-faced humanoid in a top hat with taloned fingers who torments its victims after they become aware of its existence the main character the mother Amelia is dealing with grief after her late husband is killed in a car accident their son Sam has nightmares about The Babadook and Amelia soon gets visions of The Babadook for me this is much more scarier and disturbing than Pennywise the dancing clown The Babadook is an Australian film flopped in Australia but gained a following in the US and Europe it's definitely a 10/10 :D.

Rambo Last Blood (2019). At first I was thinking that this might be the most serious and dramatic of all, something like Rocky Balboa. But suddenly it became a Jason Voorhees mayhem. I feel like it is missing an Act 2. Overall still a good watch for the final scene

Titans Season 2 (2019) 13 episodes. Generally a good watch for a TV superhero drama. Though I feel episode one to wrap up season 1 was kinda lacklustre. I also felt that the last episode was too rushed and tried to do too much. But overall I like this series.

Undone (2019) Eight short episodes of about 23 mins each. A very good drama about time. Witty and to the point. This is an animation where they used a technique to overlay animation on top of actual live actors. My only peeve is that there is a season 2 and I need to wait for it.

The Captain (2019) A Chinese film based on a real China aviation incident. I was misled by some Chinese viewers that this is a 10 out of 10 watch. It is average at best. Technically it has no problems. The film feels like a marketing video from the China aviation industry. The air hostesses in the film are pretty though. I didnt't feel any emotions watching this and nodded away before it ended.

Inside Man Most Wanted (2019). I kept falling asleep watching this. In the end I walked off from the free community screening. A few other people walked off too. I cannot recognise any actors in this film. Looks like a B grade low end film. The first one was good with Denzel Washington

Walk with Me (2019) A HK Malaysia film in Cantonese or Chinese. I feel it has bad story telling. You will leave the film not understanding the final plot. It seemed to be made in a way such that you need to rewatch it to understand. Buy the DVD later? Even when you understood the film, you would realise that it doesn't make much sense in some areas. Overall an average watch for me

Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2019) After being evicted from their home, two children and their single mother move to Summerville, Oklahoma after inheriting property from their late grandfather. When the town experiences a series of unexplained earthquakes, the children discover their family's link to the original Ghostbusters, who have become something of a myth as many have long-since forgotten the events of the Manhattan Crossrip of 1984 , and the secret legacy that their grandfather left behind don't worry the original cast look like there in this movie whether there main characters again or small cameos Ghostbusters are back surly it will be better than the all- female 2016 Ghostbusters which was cringeworthy and a joke to the series role on 2020 ;).

That looks pretty cool, the trailer looks a bit more serious than the original film or it could just be because of the chosen clips, will have to catch it on TV.
I thought the all-female one was so bad it was more like a spoof film.
I wanted to do it yesterday but I will invariably do it tomorrow (ish).

Hotel de Luna (2019) A 16 episodes Korean romance drama with themes of ghosts, past life, transition to after life. Quite a popular drama and the main draw of the show is IU, a popular Korean female artist. There are also stories of different ghosts encounters with the main plot about the romance story of the leads. Generally a nice watch though can be a bit slow.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (2019) A year after the events of The Last Jedi the remnants of the Resistance face the First Order once again while reckoning with the past and their own inner turmoil Meanwhile, the ancient conflict between the Jedi and the Sith reaches its climax bringing the Skywalker saga to a definitive end though it doesn't mean it's the last there will be spin-off films as for the main villain it's a return for Palpatine I thought they were bringing Darth Vader back from death it is called Rise of Skywalker the film should be exhilarating, emotional and when the curtain closes there shouldn't be reboots.

The Grand Tour Season 4 Episode 1 Seamen (2019) It's fair to see this was a risky move from cars to boats but it's more of a history lesson of Cambodia and the Vietnam war along with the usual antics of Jeremy, Richard and James I'm not sure where this season is going rumours are there could only be 2/3 episodes in season 4 compared to the 12/13 episodes in previous seasons but difference is season 4 is specials just one big adventure I would give this special 6/10 it was OK a little underwhelming but hopefully better special episodes.

The Divine Move 2: The Wrathful (2019). A Korean thriller film that centres around the game of Go I think. This is either a spin off or a prequel. Very entertaining.

Rabid (2019) A low budget old school style of horror film. Some of the make up effects were good. Overall slightly above average watch.

Diner (2019) A Japanese film based on a manga. It has a few actors that are renowned for taking up perverse roles in films like Death Note and Gantz. The film is artistic and yet trashy punk. The film is very colourful like Mexico's Day of the Dead festival and yet claustrophobic. The direction was very whimsical and self centred with no regards for the audience. Overall the experience is very tiring and not that good.
