So many bugs + constant crashing

Im only having the occasional crashes and thats annoying enough.. I cant give my characters tasks without having my game crash once..sometime Ill open the building/decoration tab and the game iwll also crash

With the recent updates coupled with the growing size of my town, I've been having the same issue, QC. I have about 30 characters and tend to synchronize tasks, so sending all 30 of these guys out at roughly the same time tends to be a dicey proposition that leads to the app unceremoniously crashing. These crashes always make me a little nervous. In the back of my mind I worry that such a crash might somehow corrupt the game data and lead to a lost Springfield. It used to be the case that during one of these task cycles my app would crash no fewer than 5 or 6 times. I've found through trial and error that periodically syncing the game (say after sending every 5 characters out for their tasks) reduces the number of crashes to maybe a single one. I'm not sure why this works for me.

I too have constant crashing and I am unsure if this is due to the Halloween update or the expansion of my Springfield! This game crashes every second nearly I can't do anything anymore! Touching the build menu crashes the game, scrolling around my Springfield, touching characters to start tasks anything at all it crashes.

I have tried everything I've removed a lot of items to reduce the amount of memory required for the game to operate with and even zoomed in full but nothing works!! I am actually really considering deleting this app it's unplayable and very frustrating

Mine strated crashing a few minutes ago, what is strange is that if i log out i can play perfectly on a second city (level 1), but if i log in with my username i cant even access to my springfield, i tried deleting some friends but still the same problem

Tried changing my password too, nothing happened

Yea I haven't been able to visit any friends for over a week because it always has a server crash when the other towns load up. I contacted EA about and got the typical **** rubber stamp response:

"Thank you for contacting EA Customer Service.

I am sorry to know that you are facing issues while trying to visit your friends Springfield. However, we are investigating issues where players are visiting friends and getting disconnected from the servers. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and greatly appreciate your patience while we continue our investigation into this issue."

The problem I have is did they really believe that more than 2 people at a time were going to play this game? They are just sitting on there pile of cash from ripping people in buying overpriced donuts. All of the issues are on THERE end because it's THERE crappy servers and lack of support or caring that is really pi$$ing me off. I'm really regretting spending some money on this fiasco.

I haven't notoced any bug.. Maybe you have house farms and 100 friends?

Not crashing yet... However, I am now getting leary of adding friends and expanding my town ... Oh well, what the heck ... If it crashes and burns at least it will go down in a blaze of Simpsons glory ... Haha

I am also having this problem ever since i completed all the halloween quests the games has become unplayable, i hit tap to continue, i hear the zombie sound and then the game just crashes!!!!!!!!! I have tried everything, from reistalling, deleting friends, deleting from multitask and nothing is working!!!
EA better fix this in the next update because i would be really pi$$ed if my account stayed like this as i have spent a lot of money on premium stuff.

Anyone tried manually closing the app? That usually fixes it for me.

Yes i have tried multiple times, game still continues to crash and will not let me past the loading screen, i have tried logging into a different account and it works perfectly normal, so there is a problem with the account
