Need a photoshop expert

I need to hire someone to add a photo of my bulldogs sitting in a landspeeder to a Star Wars background (free stock photo) with a Christmas tree or two. We hired a local photographer to shoot the photo and edit. He said he was skilled at photoshop but now I’m not so sure.
