People are moving away from traditional turkey meals on thanksgiving. Which means this in- game turkey should be more likely to be alive and well. He/she/it should be more available than ever for our indulgent finger poking.

I was hoping Golden Goose Realty would've also made an appearance. It would've worked great in the Gold Mystery Box. The Turkey is one of the few 2013 items I don't have while the rest is the Whacking Day stuff.

Have it as a task for Homer, instead of him being chased by Matt Groening, it's a flock of turkeys.
OUTSTANDING idea.
We really have to have this EA, we really really do.
And not just for thanksgiving either.

I've never bought characters from an event before, never seen anything I liked, e.g. Ruffians, Funzos, Zombies; but if they release the turkeys, (accidental pun but I'm keeping it in), I'm 'aving 'em.

I think the turkey was given for free once, on Thanksgiving Day. I think that's how I ended up with mine. I've had it for a long time. I honestly can't think I'd have spent donuts back then for a turkey. There were many other items I still wanted for donuts and donut farming wasn't in my repertoire then.

Or maybe I'm misremembering the whole incident.

Think that you are correct saying we got them for free (either as a gift or a prize) I've got a couple of different turkeys running around my Springfield that I see on the odd occasion, P.s. love the sig and think that we in the UK are slightly ahead by throwing an short turnaround election into the mix as a bonus.

It only counts if they don't betray the result a second time because they didn't like it.
