Neighbors Glitch fix

I saw this posted on Reddit and it worked for me.

• Go to the Friends Screen
• Tap the Friends List, ie the place you send and approve requests
• Find a Friend that's affected by the glitch and tap their name
• Now go visit their town. You should have buildings to tap

This only seems to work for you, a friend who visited me a lot still hasn't been back to my town.

I was going to post something like this a few days ago since I seen another solution on another site. When in a friends town tap the Town Hall, Moe's Tavern, Police Station or Springfield Elementary because you can still vandalise their towns but still not tap on other buildings. The cash, xp, donut or friend points don't appear when you vandalise the buildings but you hear the sounds and the actions register in their town. I only wish I found this out 6 weeks ago. Didn’t work for me. Still only have the vandalism option as mentioned by torin8337.

Some of my neighbours that don't have stuff to tap one day do another, there seems to be no logic behind it but then again there are plenty of other issues with the neighbours system.
