im looking for an update history log to hopefully guide me even a little.

I wouldn't expect an update until at least August, so another couple weeks likely. We did just get the lvl 31 update recently, after all.

That said, I'm always up for new content, so the sooner the better.

But yeah, I wouldn't expect anything until the first week of August at earliest.
