Hmmm not sure its worth the 200 donuts for a skin and a building... does it give any permanent tasks or just the quest ones?

Yes, if you buy Kamp Krusty, Bart can go there if he's wearing his camping skin.

The task lists "Kamp Krusty Proluge" meaning it's a storyline before you might get Kamp Krusy. Smart Idea.
