My game won't go past the start up screen

My game appears to be stuck on the start up screen without showing the log in thing.
Is anyone else having this problem?

Having the exact same problem, continuous spinning donut.

Have checked internet (all ok) ,tried just on wi-fi, same problem.
Have 2 devices I play on will not continue on either....

Thought I was the only one and thought it was my WiFi. Tried mine and friend’s on her phone. Same issue. So I’m glad to see it’s not just me.

Ea. Com Simpson tapped out page unavailable, so can't login to Ea Web to play the game. Ipad and android both stuck.....

I have been trying for an hour and a half on and off. Now it has advanced to cannot connect to server. I have things to do.... 😁😁😁

EA was down. this also included the ability to log in and post here :)
and the game login server is still down at least in Germany
