That's it - there's definite funny business going on here...

Every single time I try to complete events that give me a chain of donut wins, it disconnects from the server - meaning the donuts I've earned are NOT given when I log back in. If this were just once in awhile, that would be one thing...but it happens literally NINE OUT OF TEN TIMES I do it! This means that I'm constantly wasting money by not getting the true number of donuts I've earned, dozens in some cases. One good example is the purchase of rat trap trucks. They cost 150,000 dollars each, but generate enormous XP. When collecting the donuts earned from them, BOOM - can't connect, and like I said, it truly is every single time with very few exceptions. It doesn't happen ONLY during donut collection, but it's very infrequent at all other times.

Considering I've spent well over $2000.00 of REAL money on this game over the years, you can see why this is so frustrating to me! Does anybody else know what I'm talking about and experience the same issue?

  • The secret is take your time. Dont get more than 10 trucks at a time. And wait for a few seconds after collecting your donuts before collecting more. I had the same problem until I learned patience. I still lose the occassional donuts but not many and not often. Hope this helps.

Thanks! :) I have actually been trying this recently. I can't say for sure if it helps or not, but hopefully it will mitigate the loss somewhat, as you say.
  • If you feel EA is gypping you, STOP GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY. Yes, it's really that simple. The only way to get EA to listen to you is to withhold your money.

Not necessarily. I just want to know how widepread this problem is, and WHY it seems only to occur during what is arguably the process that costs EA the most in terms of real money not being used to purchase donuts.

Ok, no - I tried this for the past few runs, going super slow and only doing ten trucks at a time as you suggested. Still got kicked out every time. SO FRUSTRATING! I'm the last three days, I've spent TWO HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS on trucks and am lucky if I got a third of what I paid for.

Yeah it happens, for me I always wait and see how laggy my game is.

Sometimes I have to tap characters from their task and set them on new ones, if the lag is bad I'll disconnect my monorail.

I have an area, far from all animated decorations, buildings and characters.... Completely empty for Farming.

Finally I'll check my internet, Sadly Data is more reliable than my WiFi at times so if I'm going to make huge batches I'll definitely switch before making farming.

The key is to take it slowly, sometimes I can do twenty at a time, other times it'll disconnect after six.

You also have to weigh the possibility that the servers are being overloaded or that they may be down.

    That's been my experience though.

Unless it's a conspiracy by the new world order, they're seeing what it takes to control people and what they can get away with, such as maybe later shutting down www or the TV, or it's another attack by the lizard people.
Not aliens though, they've given up, I think they grossed out after all that probing.

I've made a similar experience as the starter of this thread: I had bought blood mobiles (I hope that's the right expression, I play the game in German), haven't counted them. The game (Cletus?) gave me a message like 'Oh, you have bought so many blood mobiles, what do you need them for? Surely something dirty,.. " I don' t know whether this is new in the game. My connection was interrupted, too. I don't know whether this is coincidence (much pressure on the world wide web) or if EA have changed their tactics in order to stop people from producing many donuts without paying real money for the game. I would accept this. I think EA made a mistake by introducing the XP collider. If they stop us now from producing many donuts for free it could be a sign that they are still interested in the future of the game. That would be a good sign to me.

Though you never know, the aliens may come back in a few years time to find out what killed all the earthlings, all the more bewildering as we will have the cleanest bum's of any species they have ever seen.
