When ever there is an update i make sure every single character is free, then search for the :!: above someones head Works all the time and is the safest option

You need to have at least built the Wolfcastle mansion before you can progress onto the Level 32 quests.

There are two levels. Game Level and Quest Level. Even if you are Level 32, you need to have built the prompted buildings from the previous Level. All-Night Gym and Calmwood are additional buildings, but you need to Build Wolfcastle Mansion before that quest will progress, and before the Level 32 quest kicks in.

The good news is that the price of the Mansion will have dropped, now that Level 32 is here.
