Can someone tell me why if I have lots of friends and I visit their towns, it shows up there diary action 3 and when I’m visiting I cannot pick up any points .. from most of them

It’s because they are more than likely inactive... unfortunately I am seeing a lot of the same:/
Hi, it appears that there currently is an issue with the neighbours system where even when visiting active players they have nothing in there towns to tap even though they have buildings available, there's a thread in Game Discussion, one in the bugs section and another over at Answers EA all complaining about the same problem, hopefully one day it'll get fixed.
