Try using the Origin app on pc, it's not working for everyone but it is for most.
I'm now redesign my town because i got a brand-new Springfield due to serious issues that can not be fixed :( I finished about two-thirds, but have too many stuffs than the lands i owned. Feel free to visit and enjoy my work
