Welcome to the forum! It is nice seeing people still posting here! Also, you will get much better results finding new neighbors by posting in the add me thread at the top (assuming that any of the neighbor functions in the game still work). Believe it or not this forum used to be crazy active several years ago, and it was considered good manners to not clutter up the discussion thread with endless add me posts. Maybe with a new major event this forum, and game, could become very active again, but time will tell.
