Wrestling Token problem

Hello
I don't have the Simpsons Wrestling Mystery Box to spend token. Probably because I already have everything from there... But I can't even redeem the tokens for donuts, like they usually do...
I finished part 2, got the token and they redirected me straight to the shop where there's nothing I can do...
So what's the point of tokens in this update??

I have completed act one and didn’t get any tokens ..? Why is this ? Did I miss something ?

Yes, you missed all of the information above your post. EA missed the part of the update where those of us who have everything that would be in the mystery box, can sell our token for donuts. We are all waiting for a patch.

Ah. That's quite different. Check the consumables section of inventory. If not it sounds like a call to EA support is in order. Good luck and let us know.

Has there been a solve for this yet? I have a ticket opened with their advisors, but haven't heard back. Thank you!
