OT: BlueStacks stuck at loading page...

anyone use BlueStacks here?
I normally play with my tablet but it's wifi only and at the moment I have no wifi at my residence, which means I can only play with BlueStacks now. but my BlueStacks has been stuck at loading page for a few days now. I tried restarting my computer but it still won't open. just loading.
don't know if it's a BlueStacks server thing or what... but anyone knows what to do or any alternative to BlueStacks?
