It bums me out just a bit that these character tasks are shared with other buildings/decorations. For instance I want the Sequel Stop to be always active, and Weird Al has a task there - but he can perform that task at other places too, which he will if they're closer to him at the time he's tasked.

I like the Stardust Drive-in active, but I've given up the effort.

Prom Time Homer, the outfit for Teenage Homer has his 4 hour task at the Stardust Drive-in but you have to store the Noiseland Video Arcade to get the task at the Stardust Drive-in otherwise he'll go to the arcade instead.
