Zooming problems - again

I know there have been several posts over the years on the issue of not being able to zoom out, mainly by Fire users.


The strange thing is, I could perfectly zoom out all of a sudden yesterday - and today, after initially working fine, I find myself zoomed in again without an option to zoom out.


I am on a Samsung S10. The old posts refer to a Game Tuner app, but I think that's not available any more (at least I could not find it in the store).


It's strange that it works one moment, and then stops the next... Any ideas?

Actually there have been far more reports from Samsung users than those using Fire. Try reading some of these, there may be posts that are useful.

Thank you. None of those really give a solution apart from the app (which isn't available any more) and changing the phone resolution to lower, which I don't really want to do.

They also don't explain the fact that for a day or so everything was fine (without making any changes), and then it went back to zoomed in...
