Springfield Heights - to go beyond

Just out of curiosity - is there any point in accumulating more than 1 billion real estate value in SH (once you get Billionnaire Haven)? Apart from improving your ranking in your friend group? I don't think you get any XP for upgrading buildings?

Also, along that line - is it worth placing all the added decorations for upgrading your SH buildings? Do they add significanctly to the Vanity rating?

It’s up to the individual person. I’m past it and occasionally I add to my SH and most of my extensions are in my inventory as they take up too much space.

Thank you. Is the Vanity contribution by each building significant at all? I can't find any list with points of Vanity by SH building.

Thank you, Musterinho! Only small additions to Vanity, but probably a lot if you add it all up. Not sure I want to clutter my land with all this little bits though!
