Anyone else gettng the spinning donut ?

I haven't been able to play for a couple of days now. The load screen comes up, I tap and the donut just spins and spins and spins. The game never opens up.

Any ideas?

try rebooting or if you have an account an uninstall reinstall. Been happening a lot lately.

Same problem for me, not able to play, just the donut spinning for ever

Force close the game. Turn off your device. Wait 30 seconds to a minute. Turn it back on. Try again.

I'm stuck on the donut too. I tried a force stop and rebooted the device but still the same thing.

if you have an account do an uninstall reinstall make sure you have 4-6 gigs of free space do not play while downloading

I have had to uninstall and reinstall twice in the last 2 months for the same issue. Not once in the 7 years prior that I can remember.

I’ve had to re download the update every day now and I finally tried to delete reinstall and I keep getting Bart screen of death

I gave up. My iPad has a total of 16gb memory, in order to play without upgrading every time I want to play I need to keep 4.5gb free. That means I can’t play if I want to have any streaming channels, music, or other stuff on my tablet. And when I do upgrade I can’t log in without deleting and downloading the game. Not worth it anymore.

If you go into settings / general/ iPad storage you should have the offload unused apps feature, it may save you some space.

I’ve never had to use this feature as my iPad still has plenty of free space, but it may be worth looking into - it tells you how much space you will free up before offloading anything.

I don’t have any unused apps and have deleted everything possible. The last iPad upgrade sent my unused storage from 6.4 to something like 3.8.
