Sorry to hear of your trouble...I noticed in my Origin you've been inactive. I still have you in my friends list though.

A few suggestions for you to try:
Make sure you have a solid internet connection (use wifi if you can).

Download the Origin software to a Mac or PC and remove all your pending friend requests.

Is your iPhone's storage almost full? (Check Settings->General->About) If 'Available' is a very low number (100MB or less) consider removing stuff to make your iPhone more stable.

If none of those work consider this:
1. Remove Tapped out from your iPhone
2. Back up your iPhone to iTunes or iCloud
3. Goto General->Settings->Reset and select Erase All Content and Settings (this will restore your iPhone to factory settings)
4. Restore your iPhone from your backup
5. Re-download Tapped Out

I have the same thing! Both on android and ios.. On my another account is everything ok.. I wrote to origin help, but i still didn't get the answer. I think i won't play longer if i don't get my account back...

I followed everything you said but didn't help at all.

I'm having the exact same issue. I tried to play simpsons on my iphone 5, iPad & my gf android. On every device it crashes when trying to load my account. EA & Orgin please fix this problem!

The worst thing is, that even my friends can't visit me - they told me it'd crushed too.

If anyone can help or give some advise to that?

Well, I've already written 3 days ago, but still didn't get the answer. There is an information, it can took 48h, but I see, that it can be much longer.. I hope, they can salvage it.
Anyway, thank you for help!
