Can't Visit One Friend

I've read of this in the past. If your friend's town is having technical issues or has been lost on the server then anyone trying to visit them will have their game instantly crash and be returned to their device's Home Screen instead. The only thing to do is to wait for EA to resolve the issue and fix your friend's town at which point you'll be able to access it again.
