Building Squidport and Planting Triffids "The doomday plant".

Triffids slowly kill Homer . He just doesn't tell you . Eventually he goes mad and he'll go to the nuclear power plant and then somehow cause a second accident and blow up Springfield again and you need to start a new Tapped Out game and it'll be a tapped out game within a tapped out game and it'll be like inception or something . but seriously triffids give a high amount of EXP compared to the other plants. The end of humanity is related to the show. And I regret placing Squidport because I always try to center it with the road leading to town hall and it never works out.

I'm not done with my SP but I'm very happy with what I got. It's a happy place with so many entertainers.

The triffids just give you a lot of XP, more than the ones that give you money. I personally love it because I have lots of money now.

you never know when they will add more quests for squidport so you might as well keep building it. especially since its not that much money to keep building tiles.

and it does start to look cool when you start getting enough tiles to do something

Keep getting the tiles. Those take forever. And SP is pretty cool. Mine isn't organized yet, but the tiles do take forever. Oh and the triffids thing is just a joke. It just gives a ton of XP instead of cash.

I am more of a beer guy but thanks the the drinks. Put some rum in them and I bet you have the morning bender from hell. :shock: I dont have the ability to build SP yet but I will keep what you guys and gals have told me in mind. Thanx again. BOTTUMS UP!

SP ends up looking really good when you have enought tiles, and the triffids are a joke not sure which the creators are referencing the book or the movie, but the book was amazing. Triffids are poisonous carnivorous plants that can walk, humans discover them and think they came from space and start using them as cheap oil. Then meteors shoot past the earth blinding everyone that looked at them, then the triffids break free and take over the world killing humans.

Other than the tile times I really don't know why people complain about Squidport. I personally think it's a nice little expansion to Springfield and I'm very happy with how mine turned out.
