Creating signs with flowers (or other decorations)

Has anyone else created words or signs using flowers or other decorations?

I set aside an area for Capital City and another for Shelbyville and identified each with flower-letter signs.

I’ve not done any but loads did do. I’m a long time lurker and loved seeing some messages. I’ve seen some saying that they were redesigning their towns.

I might create a "Welcome to Hell" sign using burning bushes in the entrance to my Hell area as long as they appear in the Vault during the event.
