I believe that at least Marge & Bart also have an 8hr task there, but you're gonna want to keep them both earning you event currency for the foreseeable future.

Also the Wise Guy has a task there...I think check plumbing, but you have to have him near the house before you send him, otherwise he just goes to whatever house is closest to him at the moment to you tap.
