If he dies, it had better be after everyone else is dead and i mean all good and bad buys... ONLY then may he die... but I want him to be the only one to survive... Irony at its best!!
I just started watching this show last night. I'm watching season 1 ep 6 at the moment lol
I'm so proud of you. What do you think?
Yeah not bad, I thought I wasn't going to be able to take him seriously cause I'd only ever seen him on Malcolm in the middle, but he's a great actor. I think I'll like it
Wait until you get into a couple of seasons. He gets faaaaaaar away from any resemblance to Malcolm's dad.
However, the glimpses of him in his tighty whities throughout the show helps bring a little lightheartedness and reminds you of good old Hal.
Vince Gillian has said that Walter white is going to do something so terrible, we all will hate him. I thought Mike might be what he was talking about, but now I think it has to be something bigger.
I thought it was odd that the house was shown all abandoned and that his next door neighbor drops everything in shock upon spotting Hank. Must have been he was unexpected to be alive or that he still does something beyond awful. I'm really excited to see how everything turns out at the end. Hank of course has no clue that his wife took money from Walter. I wonder what he will think/ do when he finds that out.
On another note, I wish that network would do a better job with their real time discussion. All it ever does is lock up. Also, for everyone who missed the premiere, they have on their web site that you can now watch it on demand if you missed it.
I feel like Walt will be the only one left alive. Skyler, Daughter, Flynn, Sol, Jessie, [Hank?] er'body will end up dead and his last actual actions will be to avenge their deaths... (hence future Walt)
That would explain the M-60, but why something as subtle as the ricin then? Maybe for him?
do you think he will try to kill himself? i think hes beyond redemption at this point as a character. subtlety= ricin for hank?
Gun = protection/defense Risin could be his "cyanide capsule" - I doubt it - more likely could be used as a threat like the fulminated Mercury.
As this show does each season, it escalates in violence and geographical impact. The last episode is gonna go out with a bang/shock - W.W. killing himself in some last stand scenario is not likely, it would suck, and It better not happen :hunf:
beyond redemption - that's relative... I mean beyond redemption to his family and community - yeah ill give ya that... but I think we will be able to say, by the end, he will have felt redeemed from his and most likely the viewers eyes. JUST MY SPECULATIVE 2 Cents
sorry but im expecting a darker ending for him. now that the cancers back i dont think they will get rid of it a second time. you can still have an ironic ending compared to how he was originally supposed to go out and what& who he did it for. will have to wait and see

Oh yeah... the future is definitely bleak... It lends to my theory that everyone W.W. loved will be dead which, regardless of his exacting "justice" to the "bad guys most likely trying to kill him and his family (or having already killed at some point), - (The skinny white chick will have something to do with that), He will be left with himself, his guilt and his cancer...
that's the tragic and Ironic thing I think he will realize - "I ended up killing, or being responsible for their death, my family & so many innocent people. and yet, I'm the only one that was ever destined to die" - AND he will be penniless
This is how I would write the script... thoughts?? I have even more specific ideas rolling around in my head
A one trick pony who earned an Oscar nomination for Best Original Screenplay. If that is all you see you are not looking deep enough.
One trick pony in comic sketches. I wasn't talking about her writing, just what she did for SNL. I personally thought she played the same awkward character in every SNL sketch. That's just my opinion. [/quote]
I can dig that. Her recurring characters were irritating but every good SNL cast member is often saddled with recurring characters that get very tired very quickly so it's tough to hold that against her specifically.
I am absolutely ecstatic on how the season opener of the final season started! If anything, Vince Gilligan has a real clear vision of where to end the show. Great acting especially by Dean Norris, great pacing, writing, etc... There has never been a show like this in television history. From the story telling, to the constant themes, colors, and motifs that's in the show, there is so much to analyze in each episode. That combined with the acting, action, writing, and directing, I can safely say this is one if not THE best shows ever!
Anybody else do a whole series run through before the new season started? I know I did and there were so many things I didn't catch the first time around. Fun, fun series to watch agian.
Absolutely. The cold open was remarkable and the final scene was crazy intense. When you factor in the great acting. smart pacing, and onscreen clues it just gets better. Nothing like it. The show trusts it's audience to get it and doesn't really do hand holding. You miss a detail? Tough.
Little details like the Mike watching The Big Heat while his home is being searched. Or Walt taking Skyler's maiden name. Incredible stuff.
I've gotten to the point here I cannot talk to anybody who think there is nothing special about Breaking Bad after watching it. It's too demanding. Like Game of Thrones. You have to keep track of what is going on or you don't have a chance.

Very true. I just feel that there was at least 4 or 5 women that were more talented and diverse in sketches than her. For some reason it just annoyed me a little when she left the show and all so much of the media could do was crown her queen of SNL.

Someone's going to die, that's for sure. If Walt's family dies, he is really going over the deep end. Seems like that may be where Vince is headed with this story line. Walt having hair in the flash forward make me think he beats cancer and if your idea pans out, he has to live all alone.
Arron Paul tweeted that video earlier. Glad you posted Bravewall. Priceless!!!
As horrid as that was, the worst thing about it is still that song's complete and utter rip off of Marvin Gaye. I had no idea what that rip-off artist looked like until now... Hank's face says it all.
Sunday's episode was good! 8) I made the mistake of going to the website yesterday to see the preview for next week, which seems to suggest that what happens at the very end of Sunday's episode, doesn't follow through to next week. Sort of like Breaking Bad did their own spoiler. (I'm being sort of cryptic just in case you haven't watched it yet.)
My guess is that Jesse got out of there as soon as he seen what was happening. Hank is most likely to be killed as he said his goodbye to his wife Marie. I cant see how Gomez gets out alive either as they are out-gunned out-manned and have limited ammo. We know Walt survives as we have seen him in the future with the hair and beard. I don't think that Walt's confession was recorded and even if it was it is most definitely with Hank and Gomez. So who outs Walter as being Heisenberg as we know happens? My guess is Marie goes crazy after she learns that Hank was killed and somehow outs Walter. I think him returning with the huge machine gun and ricin is to get Jesse who betrayed him.
