Yes, Arnie is definitely worth the donuts, especially when compared to Rich Texan and Shauna. Arnie's Heli ride alone makes him better than either of those characters, and he costs 5 donuts less!

His tasks for the two helicopter ones are great alone and is worth getting just for that
