What's the procedure for an uninstall? Delete from the pad and download it again and the relog in to origin? I don't want to make the problem worse.

Yeah basically , this probably won't bring bk your sphere tho still worth a try, had you just bought it before? Did the game crash after getting it? Or had you had it a while? Do you sync your game every time your done with it?

Bought it and the wax museum a day or two before I got the swat van. I don't sync that often to be honest as I have never had the need I though... Until now. Game did not crash after getting it. Only time I have had a crash in the past month was visiting one friend who has since been deleted.

I wouldn't move anything around just yet , also take a screenshot of where the sphere used to be so you got a record of it in case EA ask for it KL should be fine to continue with as it your main town that has the issue

If it were me I would avoid doing anything major to your SF. KL should be fine though. I'm not sure how fast they will get back to you since it's the weekend. I hope you get it taken care of soon.

EA work on weekends
It's 48hrs min when it's a work day before they respond, some people hear sooner but 48hrs is their suggested response time
There's a quicker way to sync now that we have the bus stop.
Go to KL
Come back to SF

Normal is him wearing a robe and a pointed hat made of newspapers yelling at his phone because the people in his town aren't sacraficing enough goats to appease his bloodlust.

For one you will need to open a ticket with EA to resolve this situation
