Same here... They are obviously having server problems... It usually doesn't last too long... If ur really pressed... Sometimes if u delete the game and reinstall, it will connect you to a working friends server... But in my opinion... Be patient...

Last night while visiting friends, mine crashed too. When I reopened the app the only friend I had was other Springfield. I gave up yesterday and tried again today and it worked just fine. Give it another day as Macjiggles said and it may be fix itself.

That seems to be the same for me, the ones who have heavily decorated towns seem to either crash or take a very long time to load
