Cant use ScratchR/balloon stall

Whenever I try to access the ScratchR or the balloon stall in KrustyLand, my game crashes and I go back to the homescreen for iOS. I have tried reinstalling my game, and it has been over 24 hours since I last successfully used either of these. Is there a solution to this, or do I just have to wait for an update?
