I can’t login with my oldest and biggest account

I’ve talked with everyone at EA technical support and everything seems fine, it all checks out and is verified.
But when I am supposed to receive an email with a verification code, ...no email
I suspect the game itself is sending the verification code for my oldest account to an old (no longer in service, email address)
