My Springfield has vanished.

Hi, I am at level 939 and my whole town disappeared yesterday 22.05.2021.
Does anyone have this problem or know how to get my town back.

Hi, contacted EA help via email. Aman.R responded saying he could restore my town from backup stored on their servers and to respond directly to this email with a date my town was last seen. I did this and received a message that my email could not be delivered as this email address was no longer being monitored. Try contacting EA help.
Tried phoning several times but advisors unavailable.
Emailed again for help restoring my missing town. No response to date.
Help. Any suggestions. Have played for 8 years. At level 939. So disappointed with EA help.

email is the worst way to get help. T
They are currently slammed with players contacting them about the login code issue
Be firm but polite and insist that they need to help you. If they won't just open another ticket until you get someone to help you.
