EA's donut delivery

Prev1
Some of you may already have had this kind of experience, but just sharing mine.
I recently bought some scratchcards, the first time I'd bought anything on TSTO.
Ended up buying 5-6 however unfortunately had 2 glitches, one where the donuts weren't added and another where I bought a card but it never triggered. So I emailed EA on both occasions.
I got this response:

Thank you for contacting us regarding your EA account. My name is Bronagh and I am one of the EA game specialists who can assist. From your case I can see that you have been experiencing issues with your game The Simpsons Tapped Out.

I have been lucky enough to locate Homer to see where he was at the time your donuts went missing. He has admitted that following a long "night " at Moe's tavern has was hungry. Marge didn't leave anything for him in the fridge and the closest thing to hand was your donuts. He apologizes that this has happened on 2 occasions.

After going through an additional check I have been lucky enough to gain early access to the local bakery in Springfield. In doing so I was able grab a fresh batch of 50 donuts and added them to your account. The bakery nearly caught me and they have since changed the access code for the side door so I was successful this time.!!!!

I hope you are able to purchase a few extra special things for your town with the extra donuts. If in the future you need any further assistance you can contact us directly. We will be happy to help in any way we can.

Thank you for your continued patience during this time. I hope you have many happy hours gaming along with Homer.

See you around Springfield !!

I have to take my hats off, a huge thank you to EA, they responded and actioned this withint 2-3 days and even threw in some humour.
What a nice service!

Sweeeet! Glad you were taken care of.

Nice to hear they took care of you! And did it with a humorous twist. After reading some other threads about unresolved issues and then the KL in SF issues, it does appear they are stepping up to the plate and taking care of their customers now.
And yes, I want Springfield Bakery :)

Better than " mojo the helper monkey is currently holding your donuts hostage on top of a telephone pole. We hope to have a tranquilizer gun available in the near future. Please be patient and we will either send you your donuts or an unconscious monkey as soon as possible"

Haha, did someone get that or have you made that up?

Yes I am very pleased by their customer service, hence why I shared. Wasn;t sure how others had experienced them.
It has made me want to continue using the game and even buy more donuts as a nod to their humour.

    It is very cool.
I now have 97 donuts to spend.
    Any recommendations?

The only premium I have ever bought was Arnie Pye recently. Not quite sure why, I just like him and the helicopter feature was a selling point.
