EA's donut delivery

Ended up buying 5-6 however unfortunately had 2 glitches, one where the donuts weren't added and another where I bought a card but it never triggered. So I emailed EA on both occasions.
I got this response:

I have been lucky enough to locate Homer to see where he was at the time your donuts went missing. He has admitted that following a long "night " at Moe's tavern has was hungry. Marge didn't leave anything for him in the fridge and the closest thing to hand was your donuts. He apologizes that this has happened on 2 occasions.
After going through an additional check I have been lucky enough to gain early access to the local bakery in Springfield. In doing so I was able grab a fresh batch of 50 donuts and added them to your account. The bakery nearly caught me and they have since changed the access code for the side door so I was successful this time.!!!!

I have to take my hats off, a huge thank you to EA, they responded and actioned this withint 2-3 days and even threw in some humour.
