Where can I get help for The Simpson’s Tapped Out.
Hi,
My whole town disappeared on the 22.05.2021, when they changed the screen from Robots back to original Simpson’s screen.
Was informed it could be rolled back to the 19:05.2021, a date before my game disappeared, but to date, no help has been forthcoming.
I have been playing for many years and am at level 939.
How do I get someone to fix this issue. Tried phoning but there are never any monitors available, In game help has not help.
Have had contact from Aman, Annu, Ajativ, Aman all assuring me this issue would be fixed. Still waiting. Hope I don’t have to wait till it gets to the Zees.
Any advice would be appreciated. So disappointed.
