I have been wanting to build a big salvage yard for a long time. I finally figured out where in SF to build it, and now I'm really motivated to expand the surrounding area as a very rural, low income zone. So happy with this new design, I hope you like it too!

I'm re-using an old design I made from long ago and this is all i have going in my second town. I'm slowly building things up. Gotta grind all those monorail tracks again and a several hours are being spent here.

Those designs both look great! Thanks for giving me the idea to add that pile of old mattresses!

But these both made me realize I might be using the wrong words to describe what I intended to build here. I have another "building site" that utilizes those three recycled material processing buildings that we got in the big garbage collection event.

Where I live, collection of residential trash (and separating recycled materials) is usually a govt administered public service. So I built a "city dump" that is in an area occupied with more public works-type buildings. Meanwhile, the new design I created this thread for, would typically be a private company in the salvage industry.

Here's a pic of my town dump and recycled material processing center, which includes Lisa's coastline plant.

This is my main town design.
I lost the motivation in my main town mainly due to item limit and with it being set up on my phone.

Hey that looks great! I wish I had more garbage trucks. And that's exactly where that ridiculous popsicle stick skyscraper belongs: in the trash!
