Mr. McGrew, Prize 5 of Act 2 in A Christmas Peril Event, is required to attain the final prizes of act 3 and 4. If a player was not able to get Mr. McGrew, Part 5 of Acts 3 and 4 are not able to be finished even after the event as usually happens and are stuck in the players taskbook forever.

If player had the tarot table stored when they got to pt 3 of Moving in Hex Filled Circles, the task is not able to complete. Make Princess Opal Read Tarot Cards- 4hrs The game will prompt the player to place it if it is in storage but the correct task is not on the list and ofc is not yellow. sometimes when sending Princess Opal and the Fortune Teller on task there and should be visible, it just animates the tablecloth lifting up. exit and enter will bring the full animation.
Players are still randomly not receiving the metal depot from the Monorail quest line
Tailgate gets stuck and won't upgrade to the next level and task.
Baby Gerald is locked in inventory and the player cannot use. Says locked wrapper requirement
THoH XXXIII requires Moms to go shopping but lets players under level 15 play the event. The task cannot be done until player gets Marge at least. Game should not require this task if the player does not have moms.
THoH XXXIII also requires the Krustyland entrance for tasks after receiving the facade for it. New players cannot get hte Krustyland entrance until level 25. which takes time and grinding. They will get seriously behind. Game should have an alternate location for this task

McGriff the crime dog is only available on Android devicesFIXED 6/21/22
McGriff and other donut packs no longer include Shattered Dreams Tokens
NPCs are being used in this event and that causes some issues, they appear in the character finder. You can no longer tap them for their questline or animation. Not sure if this is because of the task or an unintended consequence. We did have trouble like this with King Snorky and the K9 mduring the Christmas event for a similar reason.FIXED 6/21/22

Random items are disappearing. Example my town square disappeared and was not in inventory. Another person lost their Golden Exits and an item from the shattered dreams box.

Still no code being sent to email even after following all advice. Still getting error on login after following all advice. People still getting wrong code errors even after following all advice. These people need to be upgraded to the next level of service instead of being told to post on the forum.

Cadet Lisa 4 h task to Practice Rifle Training will not work even though you got Rommelwood academy in the Red Alert Event along with the skin FIXED 8 Feb 2022
Cadet Lisa's task at the Eliminator was dependent on the original event so does not work when gotten in the Red Alert event FIXED 8 Feb 2022
The Rocket Launch Pad does not have its animation or task as that was dependent on the original event. Many players wish these to be fixed. Players were given Deep Space Homer which fixes the Rocket so it will work FIXED 8 Feb 2022

edit to add: Last year the snow fell in game was 2018
You need to be level 15 to start this Christmas event.
If you still have old questlines you can try doing the task and see if it it completes the part you were on. If it doesn't work to get it to disappear, only EA can remove the old questlines.
I can finally confirm latest update to Android is allowing me into the game.
But I will be staying on the apple device i borrowed, for as long as i can. The speed at which this game moves on the ipad pro gen2 is INSANELY FAST. If you are struggling with long load times to start the game or visit neighbors, i can now confirm there's better options.
