All I did was moved this building as I wanted to get rid off the trees and stuff and I now have 2. You can't store it or sell it. I do know its a glitch as the duplicate has no name. This is weird. Why not check to see if this happens to you.

When going to move this tree it goes red like when you can't place it in a certain place and when I move it forwards it goes green and another set appears. This is the same for bulls too.

Yes, happened to me yesterday. Only up to the four deeds section though. Double donuts as well!
