Not seen any mention of the limit increase since the Northbound event, guess they must slipped in an increase with one of the recent updates and not mentioned it.
As just a player, until you hit the warning limit, there’s no way to know where you’re at or what the limit is.
Unless of course, there’s somewhere in the game to see that info, currant item count as well as currant item limit?

Last increase I spotted was Northward Bound upped it to 15k.

I think it must have been the hotdog mini because I'm pretty sure I hit 15k when stocking up on circus fences
