GoKart Track in mystery box/truckasaurus 2

I purchased Truckasaurus 2, and was supposed to get some of the new special tokens, but I can’t see them anywhere.

Also, my mystery box has 1 item, the go kart track. But I have it already. Is this now a duplicate item?

I purchased as well and I'm very confused.
I believe the go kart is now a duplicate item as I have it too.

I'm willing to withhold judgement on the Shattered Dreams things until there are answers to the following: Are the items offered new or are they existing (like in those mystery boxes that I never purchase...)? What impact does this have on the timing of events?

The list is available online. It's all existing items, and changes between each event.

AFIK the reason these misery boxes aren't considered gambling is because it's always a second chance to get something that was offered before.
Even though there's an element of luck you could have earned or bought those items at some earlier time. If it was all new they could get into trouble as I understand it.

Yes it's now a duplicate item.

There is a slight difference in the two in my town: One is for betting, while the other earns money on a regular basis.
