How do I get KANG?

I've been playing FOREVER, and recently started a new town for S&G, but I realize that I still don't have Kang, even though I have the Ray Gun and the Victorian UFO. Didn't Kang come with one of those two items? I haven't seen him in the Yearbook either...

I’d like to know this, too. I even have the Santa Kang outfit that’s doing me no good.

I believe Kang hasn't been offered since Holiday 2020 event. Will just have to wait till they bring them back in a future update

We all want Kang and Itchy and Conductor Homer outfit and ... But let's just wait. Halloween comes once a year so I'd say sooner or later we see Kang. Return to Itchy & Scratchy Land is possible but I doubt. But see how they wove Calabresi gang into Hell Of Wheels. And returned all car based characters there is. So I'd say that the TSTO writers know that people want old stuff and do their darnest to put them in with some sense.
